Branded Hospitality Media, LLC ("Branded") respects intellectual property rights and expects users and show partners to do the same. This policy explains how to report claimed infringement relating to branded.network.

1. Our position

The directory displays show titles, host names, artwork, short descriptions, and links to third-party platforms for the purpose of identification and discovery. We believe this use is permissible. If you own rights in material appearing on the Site and believe it has been used improperly, tell us and we will act promptly.

2. Notice of claimed infringement (DMCA)

Under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes all of the following:A physical or electronic signature of the owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it, such as the URL.Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.Designated agent: Copyright Agent, Branded Hospitality Media, LLC, 235 Park Avenue South, New York, NY, United States. 3. What we do on receipt

We will review the notice and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material and notify the affected party. We may forward your notice, including your contact details, to that party.

4. Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the agent above containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification, your contact information, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the United States, the Southern District of New York) and accepting service of process from the complaining party. We may restore the material within 10 to 14 business days unless we receive notice that a court action has been filed.

5. Repeat infringers

We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the listings or access of parties who are repeat infringers.

6. Listing removal

Show owners who simply want a listing removed or corrected do not need to file a formal notice. Email media@branded.nyc and we will handle it promptly.
