1. Our commitment

Branded Hospitality Media, LLC is committed to making branded.network usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform substantially to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, which are referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in the United States and by the European Accessibility Act and EN 301 549 in the European Union.

2. Current status

We are working toward conformance and continue to test and improve the Site. Some third-party content, including embedded players, artwork, and linked platforms, is outside our control and may not fully conform.

3. Measures we take

Considering accessibility in design and development decisions.Providing text alternatives for meaningful images.Supporting keyboard navigation and visible focus.Aiming for sufficient color contrast and readable type.Reviewing new features and content for accessibility.

5. Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our response, users in the EU may contact their national enforcement body for the European Accessibility Act. Users in the United States may contact us to escalate the matter internally in the first instance.
